Gel-Based Proteomics and Biochemical Pathway Mapping via Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA)
Date: 8th December 2023
Venue: FRIM, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur (Click here for directions)
Introduction:
The highlight of the post-conference symposium includes differential protein expression analysis via 2-DE and biochemical pathway mapping via Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) (QIAGEN, USA).
A few applications on IPA include:
– Elucidation of the mechanism of action of active compound(s)
– Biomarker discovery of certain diseases
– Interaction with existing protein data (e.g via Western blotting) into IPA pathways
The target participants are academicians, researchers and students who are working in the field of ‘omics, biomedical science, natural products and drug discovery.
COMPLIMENTARY!
2 weeks trial license of IPA software by QIAGEN will be provided to registered participants.
